How can I schedule?

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 regulations and very limited appointments, we are not currently accepting new clients. Please join the mailing list to be notified of future availability.

Do I need to wash my hair before I arrive?

Not at all. Every service option comes with a wash, condition, and detangle (unless you have locs). However, we do ask that you come with your hair prepared for service. Your style should be removed and free of knots.

Can I bring guests with me to my appointment?

We prefer that you do not bring anyone with you unless they are being serviced as well. Space is limited and we want to make sure everyone is comfortable.

How long will my service last?

Our goal is to get you in and out in no more than 2.5 hours. We strive to start your service as soon as you walk through our doors and make your time with us as individualized as possible. We respect that your time is precious. Please keep in my mind that every service has a 15-minute grace period.

I'm running late! What should I do?

There is a 15-minute grace period for every visit. If you are 30 (or more) minutes late and we haven't heard from you, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit is forfeited. Please make sure that, if you are running behind, you get in contact with your hair therapist.

Can I bring my own products?

Please don't. Of course, if you have specialized products (ie. medicated shampoos or hair oils), please let us know and we'll be happy to incorporate it into your services.

I love my hair! How long will it last? How do I maintain it?

We guarantee your style for two (2) weeks. However, the longevity of your style also depends on you. Make sure you wear a silk or satin scarf/bonnet to protect your style while you sleep; always wear a shower cap; and lightly oil your hair every 2-3 days after the first week. Most clients are able to maintain a style for up to 4 weeks.

What about COVID-19?

We take the threat of COVID-19 very seriously! A mask is required for service for your safety and our own. We use disposable salon capes, the salon is disinfected between clients, and no one is allowed in the space without their mask. We also ask that you do not bring food/drink OR extra guests to your appointment. Space is limited.
